As part of our objective to provide operational competitiveness support to member firms, the KZN CTC is currently facilitating firm-specific interventions with Senior Experten Service (SES).

SES is a German volunteering organisation that consists of experts and executives who are either retired or taking time off work. They assist small and medium-sized enterprises and institutions solve acute problems and provide training, skills development and qualification of local staff. SES provides recommendations, but it is the sole responsibility of firms to implement the recommendations.
