The KZN CTC and CCTC are excited to announce the official launch of the Operational Performance Measurement System (OPMS). The OPMS is a short-cycle performance measurement and reporting system. The system is designed to assist CTFL firms in capturing key performance measures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and convert this data into an intelligent dashboard, for proactive operational management.
 
The launch workshop will include an interactive simulation of the OPMS tool, to develop participants understanding of the system and aid them in successfully implementing the tool in their own firms. Participants will be given a comprehensive OPMS user guide.
