Celrose Clothing has been involved in an ongoing Lean Improvement project, which has resulted in substantial improvements in various areas.

The main objectives of the project were to optimize Celrose Clothing’s lean manufacturing capabilities. The project focused on Visual Performance Management, Total Quality Management, Maintenance, as well as Production and Repairs.
