A Call to All Sourcing Executives

The KZN CTC recently assisted four black-owned, small and medium businesses within the KZN region to improve their operations through professional support. The initiatives focused on business skills and Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.

Through this fully funded programme by eThekwini, all four manufacturing firms have implemented significant lean improvements aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and profitability of SME’s within eThekwini.
